Summary of Findings | Less than half of the included systematic reviews (43%) of prophylactic mesh for preventing parastomal hernia showed high methodologic quality and 57% were of low quality. Using the ROBIS tool, the overall risk of bias was low in 50% of the reviews analysed. In the remaining studies, the risk of bias was unclear. |
