Summary of Findings | From 111 survey responses from 146 systematic reviews. 50% of the systematic reviews published in top journals and 85% of the Cochrane reviews reported contacting authors of eligible studies. Requests were made most commonly for missing information. Both Cochrane and journal systematic reviews infrequently and incompletely report the results of author contact. |
