Aim To assess of systematic reviews of renoprotection to identify outcomes used in prevention of renal disease research and to assess how frequently these outcomes are meta-analysed

Summary of Findings From a total of 609 outcomes extracted, 20 outcomes related to renoprotection and were meta-analysed only 7.6% of the systematic reviews assessed. A core outcome set was concluded to be required in order to prevent research waste.
