Summary of Findings From 29 included systematic reviews for prevention of enamel demineralization during multi-bracketed fixed orthodontic treatment indexed across Scopus, PubMed, Cochrane database (only reviews), MEDLINE (via Ovid), EMBASE (via Ovid), Web of Science, and Joanna Briggs Institute EBP (evidence-based practice) database on April 22 2020. 23 out of 29 reviews (79.3%) were assessed to be of a high risk of overall bias. The methodological quality (AMSTAR-2) items that were least reported were protocol registration and deviation (58.6%), explanation of the selection of study design (89.6%) and sources of funding of included studies (75.8%).
