Problem(s) |
Low methodological (AMSTAR) quality Reasons for excluding potentially eligible studies not provided Insufficient literature searches Poor consideration of publication bias |
Number of systematic reviews included | 6 |
Summary of Findings | Of the 6 included Systematic Reviews (SRs), 36 different arthritis-specific PROMs were reported. Using AMSTAR to assess Risk of Bias (RoB), 4 SRs had a moderate RoB and the other 2 had a high RoB. Only 1 of the 6 SRs provided an a priori hypothesis, or a comprehensive literature search. None or the SRs provided a list of excluded studies nor assessed publication bias. |
