This problem is addressed in PRISMA 2009, PRISMA 2020 and MECIR. Consistency and accuracy between the abstracts and the main reports is key to ensure that systematic reviews are not taken out of context. There is dedicated PRISMA extension for reporting abstracts of systematic reviews (PRISMA-A).
